Plymouth's hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs have a strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly holidays. A number of these properties have received accreditation under the Visit Britain Green Tourism Business Scheme (GBTS) where visitors can be assured of a high quality service whilst making a valuable contribution to the environment. Those that do not currently have the standard are currently striving to do so.
