Devonport Guildhall provides a unique backdrop for your business event. With various sized spaces, a professional team and equipment to help your event run smoothly, our venue is a popular choice for a wide range of clients. What’s more? Our spaces
The Main Hall
Our largest room, the Main Hall can accommodate a range of events. Located on the first floor, it has direct access to the front steps and easy lift access. In addition to free WIFI, the hall has a fully integrated BOSE sound system and AV facilities can be set up in advance of your event.
The Mayor's Parlour
Though still extremely spacious, our Mayor’s Parlour is perfect for a more intimate event. Popular for meetings, presentations and networking, the Parlour can also be used as a break-out space for large events. Based on the first floor, the room offers lift access, integrated AV facilities and free WIFI.
The Meeting Room
For a small and more formal setting, our Meeting Room is the perfect option for you. Located on the ground floor, the room can comfortably seat up to 12 delegates. The room has free WIFI and a projector is available on request.
The Cells
A more quirky and unique space, the Cells are reminiscent of the building’s fascinating history. Ideal for smaller meetings and as a break-out space, the Cells’ largest section can seat up to 8 people comfortably. There are an additional two smaller Cells, available as extra break-out spaces.

Got work to do but fancy a change of scenery?
Here at Devonport Guildhall you can hire any of our spare office work spaces.
You’ll have access to our WiFi, printer and photocopying machine, telephone access, 10% off at our Guildhall Bakehouse and free water bottle refills.

Hourly hot desk – £3.00 hourly rate – Ad hoc visitor*
Full day hot desk – £18.00 7 hours use of desk space*
Membership – £120.00 per month – Up to 8 full days hot desk space, 4 hrs use of meeting room**, Professional address (virtual tenancy) plus pidgeon hole, 10% off at Column Bakehouse at Guildhall and Ocean Studios, 25% off bookings in larger hireable spaces, access to business support (3-5 days worth, subject to eligibility) and access to networking events etc.

Catering
Column Bakehouse, our in-house artisan bakery, can cater for your event. Using locally-sourced ingredients to create fresh food on site, the Bakehouse can offer a range of packages to meet your requirements – from light refreshments to buffet lunches and afternoon tea.
Lunch buffet prices start from just £5.00* per head and include a variety of sandwich fillings with our award-winning bread, fresh salads, nibbles and delicious dessert options.
