Feasibility
Sites which are at the feasibility stage represent those where more detailed work has already begun to explore the development opportunity the site presents, to realise their potential in the growth of the city.
Dependent on the individual site, this initial feasibility work may be led by a developer, land owner, directly by Plymouth City Council or collaboratively between parties. The feasibility work will relate to how the Joint Local Plan policy requirements and aspiration can be delivered on the ground. This may involve exploring the sites' potential, capacity and identifying or overcoming potential barriers to development coming forward be they, infrastructure, land ownership or design considerations.
