Land at Colin Campbell Court is allocated for high-quality residential led mixed use development which will transform the western approach to the City Centre and establish a new residential community. Provision is made for in the order of 300 new homes as part of this mix.

DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS
1. Feasibility study undertaken as part of City Centre Masterplan (See Images)
2. Phase 1 (1.035ha) land assembly with Homes England
3. Pedestrian foot bridges removed and new Crossing being delivered
4. Land Release Grant has been used to fund some demolition (109, 111, 113 New George St, 18 Western Approach) and provide replacement car parking at Western Approach (ground floor).
5. Feasibility study completed for health-hub related uses to support residential scheme.
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL NEXT STEPS
1. Land Release Grant secured to fund removal of footbridge and improvement of car park lifts. Works planned Q2 2020.
2. Health-hub proposal being developed for delivery by PCC with partners, process pre-application and applications for scheme.
3. Working with Council's Economic Development department and Homes England in the process of site delivery.
