2. Pre-application discussions about revisions to the scheme have taken place.
NEXT STEPS
1. Continue to support owners to facilitate delivery of a deliverable revised mixed office/commercial and student housing scheme.
2. Positively determine future application in line with JLP policy.
3. Support applicant through condition discharge to facilitate development to commence.
