The overall balance of uses will be influenced over time by market conditions. However, the site should deliver a genuinely mixed use development of urban scale and intensity. Derriford Business Park represents a longer term redevelopment opportunity given leases on existing buildings.
1. Development opportunities have been set by the JLP Policy with delivery established in the Masterplan.
2. Strategic Growth will support the development strategy once commenced by PCC economic development, proactively managing manage future pre-applications and applications in line with the JLP Policy informed by the developed Master Plan
3. Completed Seaton Arc Delivery Strategy to inform future development of the commercial centre
