About us
Abbfest returns to Fermoy's Garden Centre from the 21 to 23 of September to raise money for local charities and causes!Featuring over 200 ales all brewed in Devon, and 30 ciders available throughout the weekend, there is something for everyone. If beer or cider isn't your thing, head over to the wine, pimms and prosecco bar!
Over 50 local crafters, food producers and beverage makers will showcase their products in the food and craft marquee, a haven for Westcountry produce. Including jams, conserves, honey, meat, cakes, fudge, chocolate, to name a few. In additional locally crafted wooden products, fused glass, leather, jewellery, bags and accessories will also be on display and available to buy.
There will be music from Riviera Dogs, Take a Chance On Us Abba Tribute, Go Tell Alice, Nick Fish, Ipplepen's Unity Choir and many more over the 3 days to create the ideal soundtrack to a family day out.
There will be plenty for children to do, with pottery, science and craft workshops, as well cookery workshops from Two Tarts Cookery School. Not forgetting a bouncy castle, face-painting, archery and a climbing wall!
If this wasn't enough to keep every member of the family entertained, Abbfest's well-loved cookery demonstrations return with Darrin Hosgrove from Ashburton Cookery School, Sue Stoneman - South West's Home Cook of the Year, Dez Turland from The Brend Hotel Collection, and Stuart Crook who will be running Ready Steady Cook sessions! Guaranteed to be entertaining, Stuart will be left to create a tasty meal with only the ingredients donated to him from the food tent,
A tasty line-up of local street food will also be available to wash down those drinks, including Marion's Deli, The Teign Canteen, Meat59, Lemon Jeli, Hog Roast, BBQ and more.
