Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery is a family-friendly museum right on the edge of Plymouth's city centre.
It includes art, natural history and human history collections. The main building features 10 permanent galleries, a shop and cafe plus two galleries where they host a series of changing exhibitions throughout the year.
Some of these exhibitions are curated in-house - others are brought in from national tours and galleries.
There are also a host of wonderful art galleries in Plymouth, mainly situated on the historic Barbican or in the City Centre.
You will find classic and contemporary artwork from both local and national artists to suit all tastes and budgets.
