An Immersive Creative Experience
This is a discounted rate and the funds from VR Painting will assist Igneous Interactive to invest in future Digital Social Wellbeing Projects**
Fancy escaping the real world for an hour in your very own virtual space? A space that can be visually manipulated into whatever you want it to be?
In this unique and creative experience, you'll use a variety of intuitive tools to design your digitised painting, sculpture or environment, where the only limitation is your imagination. You'll even be able to walk around your artwork as if it were there with you!
Love what you've created? You can take a print of whatever you make to take home to show off!
During the Ocean Makers Market, Fotonow will be hosting Igneous Interactive as they provide an amazing opportunity to experience the immersive and creative power of VR.
Igneous Interactive will be taking over Fotonow's studio, allowing participants a safe place to roam and paint in a virtual world. Each creative session lasts for 1 hour, giving the participant time to learn the controls and create stunning artwork. Participants will be emailed a free digital copy of their creation at the end of the session.
The first session will begin at 10:00, with six sessions running back-to-back until 16:00.

**Igneous Interactive is a new creative start up, that has been supported by AYCH, Fotonow, and Plymouth City Council Community Connections Community Youth Team after successfully working in a creative collaborative partnership exploring VR and Mental Wellbeing funded by AYCH and The National Lottery Community Fund.
#IgneousInteractive have been supported as Interns by #Fotonow and #PlymouthCityCouncil Community Connections Community Youth Team through the AYCH project and through funding from #TNLCommunityFund. Initially working in collaboration with creative partners to explore VR and Mental Wellbeing, Igneous Interactive are now able to do their first business reach out, the start of their new entrepreneurial business, facilitated thanks to support from #AYCH.
AYCH is a European project funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area programme, aiming at building a model of social innovation for young people supporting social entrepreneurship, employment and education in the creative and cultural industries. It will develop new approaches and interventions within Youth Service and education settings across the Atlantic Area (UK, France, Spain and Portugal).
Connecting people, ideas, skills, technologies and enterprises across a network of hubs the project will unlock the creative, entrepreneurial potential of young people (16-30) focussing on key themes such as innovation, co-creation of products, social entrepreneurship and employability.
As a result, more young people will be able to develop creative, digital and entrepreneurial skills building and prototyping product and service ideas to address societal issues across the Atlantic Area.
