Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a quiet getaway, family holiday, break with friends or a business place to stay, our open plan, self-catering, apartment style accommodation is the perfect choice. Set in the exquisite countryside of Saltash on the stunning Tamar estuary in Cornwall near the Plymouth, Devon border.

Our Acorn & Acer Cottages are dog friendly.

At China Fleet Country Club you'll find an excellent golf course, Toptracer driving range, Health Club with gym, pool and new BOX12 facilities. Check-In from 3.00pm or visit us earlier and enjoy all the health club facilities on offer, including the Aqua Spa with Herbal Lounge, gym and swimming pool. Relax and unwind in our historic Barn Spa building with a range of therapies, massages and treatments available to book, all of which are provided with professional and friendly service.

Visiting with a family? Test your skill on the Woodland Adventure Golf 18 hole course and then pick up a Woodland Fairy Trail activity book and explore the scenic trail, packed full of nature themed challenges!
