Join us for a spectacular evening of music, lighting and fireworks display. The countdown to the pyrotechnic action will get underway at 6pm with entertainment from the stage on the Hoe promenade with Heart entertaining the crowd from its show stage on the Hoe promenade.
The Bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm and Fireworks being launched at 8pm set to dramatic musical soundtrack. Smeaton's Tower, the Citadel and the War Memorial will again be 'colourwashed' with coloured floodlighting to complement the glow of the bonfire.
Specialists from Surrey-based fireworks company Pyrovision will then set off rounds of sparkling fireworks from the Citadel ramparts in a spectacular 18-minute display starting at 8pm. They are teaming up with local firm Stage Electrics, who will be providing a rousing musical soundtrack featuring well known themes and tunes.
Plymouth street dance crew Beat-Breakers, who are known for their exciting, high-energy perfomances will be appearing on stage, along with Lady Gaga tribute act, otherwise known as Gaga unleashed.
Local singer Felicity Dukes, who recently performed at Music of the Night & Local duo Natalie & Cotty, will also be taking to the stage.
There will also be fairground rides and food stalls available from midday.
All city centre car parks will be open but spectators are advised to use public transport where possible.
Park & Ride:
Services will run at regular intervals into the City Centre from 6pm onwards - with last departures at 7pm from The George, 7.15pm from Milehouse & 7.15pm from Coypool.
Services will return from Royal Parade to the above 3 sites starting at 8.45pm - and will operate at regular intervals until around 9.15pm.
Citybus and First Devon & Cornwall will be operating larger buses on all major routes.
