Located a stone's throw from the picturesque Plymouth Hoe waterfront, the Edgcumbe Guest House is a perfect bed and breakfast to stay at during your visit to Plymouth. Carla Williams is your friendly host who cooks a delightful breakfast to help you start your day.

Superb guest house in enviable position adjoining Plymouth Hoe and sea front.

All rooms are en suite including two on the ground floor. We also have a luxury king size four poster room. All rooms have digital flat screen tv’s, complimentary tea,coffee, biscuits, mineral water. Toiletries and hair dryers are provided too. Ironing facilities are available.

Free unlimited wi-fi access throughout the house. Superb breakfasts freshly cooked to order. Special diets catered for.
Private parking available.

All rooms now have top quality matching curtains, cushions, bed runners and valances. There are smooth crisp white Percale sheets and satin striped cotton duvet covers. Huge bath towels and hand towels are also brand new and are soft, fluffy and pure white. We aim to give our guests the best possible experience while staying in our b&b.

For convenience, guests are provided with their own keys giving access to rooms at all times.

Freshly cooked full English breakfast using top quality ingredients is served daily. Lighter options are available and special diets are catered for.
