Our Meeting Room isn’t just four walls. You and your guests will have a unique view of South Hall and our flight of figureheads whilst you move your business forward at team meetings, networking lunches and product pitches.
The room features a flexible AV set-up which includes access to our high-speed Wi-Fi, video conferencing facilities and responsive onsite technical support.

If you’re looking for a space with the wow factor, then look no further than our new 200m2 extension, South Hall.
This space is the perfect option for larger events, with unique voews of our giant figureheads and access to Tavistock Place, our public square.
Hire can include the use of the furniture already located in The Box Kitchen & Bar. Alternatively, we can remove and replace the existing set up with our own event furniture, or give you a blank canvas to work with.
If your event needs even more space, we can also include the adjacent shop for a small additional charge.

Our 1,000m2 public square links to The Box to the city centre and is the perfect space for outdoor screenings, music and product placement.
This flexible space has a variety of areas that are available to hire, all with access to outdoor power, water and a licence until 1am.
Event hire can also include catering from The Little Box, our outdoor takeaway café.
