Here, team building activities can be tailor-made to suit your requirements, ranging from low-impact mental challenges to more physically demanding tasks. Whether you’re involved in crucial maintenance tasks or looking for a more relaxed, fun away day, we can put together a fun-packed and engaging day for your team.

Are your team up for a challenge? We offer a variety of different exercises you can choose for your team building event, depending on the duration of your stay. Our team building packages range from half-days to week-long adventures, with flexible options that allow you to tailor your activities to both your team’s needs and your stay’s length. All activities are personalised to ensure you achieve your desired goals.

Some of our activities include

  • Getting in touch with nature – planting with problem solving.
  • Let’s talk fences – you can’t fence off communication when building and renovating one of our fences.
  • Enhancing habitats – working closely with our maintenance team on enclosure repairs and renovations.

Our team building events are ideal for groups from 10 to up to 100 people, with training and exercises adjustable for larger groups. 

Additionally, conference space can be included in our packages, providing a comprehensive end-to-end solution for your team building needs in Plymouth, Devon.

Road Directions

By car (Sat nav: PL7 5DG)

Arriving from the A38

If you’re arriving from the A38, take the Deep Lane turn off signed for Plympton, follow the signs for ‘Wildlife Park’ from the roundabout at Chaddlewood. This will take you past Langage Business Park to Sparkwell village, which we are just on the far side of.

Once you get to Sparkwell, drive through the village and you’ll find us approximately 300 yards further on.

Public Transport Directions

By bus

The 59 bus service stops outside the zoo main entrance.

Route 59 operates from Monday to Saturday. There is no service on Sundays and bank holidays. The 59 leaves Royal Parade (stop A13) in Plymouth City Centre takes around 30 minutes, stopping at Sparkwell village and then right outside the zoo entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes in the opposite direction from the George Park and Ride outside of Plymouth.
