• There will be one winner who will redeem the prize.
• Prize is subject to availability.
• Prizes is as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition form.
• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
• Entries close at 12pm on Thursday 19 November
• Winners will be selected and contacted on the same day of the closing date.
• The winners will be notified direct via the email address supplied.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
• Prize must be redeemed from Thursday 26 November - Sunday 20 December.
• Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and/or the competition prize providers.
• We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
• Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
• We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.

Fox on The Hoe Terms and Conditions

• The prize is a complimentary stay in a one-bedroom city-view apartment for two guests at Fox on the Hoe, 4 Elliott Terrace, Plymouth, subject to availability and the dates specified as part of the competition prize.
• The specific apartment will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The prize must be booked directly with Fox on the Hoe using the redemption instructions provided to the winner. The winner should identify themselves as the GWR / Destination Plymouth competition winner when booking.
• The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another product or service.
• Additional nights may be booked, subject to availability, at the prevailing Fox on the Hoe rate. A direct-booking rate or benefit will be applied where appropriate.
• A fully refundable damage deposit of £200 will be required. This will be returned following departure, provided no damage, additional cleaning or other chargeable costs have been incurred. If an alternative or upgraded apartment is offered and agreed with the competition winner in advance, a higher refundable damage deposit may apply.
• One complimentary parking space is included with the stay.
• Pre-arrival information, including access codes, Wi-Fi and parking details, will be provided directly by Fox on the Hoe before the stay.
• Standard check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out is by 11.00am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
• The stay is also subject to Fox on the Hoe’s standard Terms & Conditions and Booking Policy, available on the Fox on the Hoe website.
• Any additional services, extras or costs not expressly included within the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

GWR Terms and Conditions

• Train tickets will be sent via post. 
• Two (2) standard class return tickets from within GWR network
• Tickets are valid on Great Western Railway trains only. Tickets will not be valid for use on any other train operator.
• GWR services are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be re-sold.

Plymouth Christmas Market Terms and Conditions

• Christmas Market Voucher for £100 only 
• Voucher can be used at any of the Plymouth Christmas Market Traders excluding the Crafter's Cove.
• Vocuher to be collected from on-site office.
