Terms and Conditions:
1. There will be one (1) winner, with a prize consisting of a £250 Love Plymouth Gift Card.
2. Love Plymouth Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for any other product, or for any other monetary equivalent.
3. The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party.
4. Any additional items must be covered by yourself.
5. The Event Organiser (s) reserve the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.
6. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition page.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
9. Entries close at 12pm on Friday 30 January.
10. The winner(s) will be selected and contacted on 30 January.
11. The winner (s) will be notified directly via the email address supplied.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 9am on Monday 2 February we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
14. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth
15. The gift card must be collected from the Tourist Information Centre
16. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
18. By entering this competition, participants agree that, if chosen as the winner, they will be asked to take part in publicity, including a photo with the prize Gift Card for use by Plymouth City Centre Company and Plymouth Waterfront Partnership.
