Plymouth Immersive Escape Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

2. To enter, you must answer the question and complete your details on the competition form.

3. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted; multiple submissions will count as one entry.

4. Entries close at 12pm on Friday 10 July.

5. One winner will be selected.

6. The winner will be selected and contacted on Monday 13 July via the email address provided.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. No cash alternative will be offered.

9. The prize is subject to availability and must be pre-booked.

10. The Moxy stay must be redeemed before 31 December 2026. Blackout dates may apply.

11. Travel, accommodation (outside of the stated overnight stay), parking, and any additional costs, supplements, or additions are not included.

12. Entrants may opt in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and competition partners Market Hall (Real Ideas) and Moxy.

13. We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms.

14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner where there are reasonable grounds to believe a winner has contravened these Terms.

15. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the competition at any time. Our decision is final in all matters relating to the competition, including the selection of winners.
