Win a spook-tacular prize in Plymouth terms and conditions

• There will be one (1) winner, with a prize consisting of 4 free day tickets to Pennywell Pumpkin Festival, two tickets for Spooky Stadium at Home Park Stadium, and a two night stay at Crowne Plaza Plymouth.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other product, or for any other monetary equivalent.
• The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party. Should the Event Organiser find that tickets have been sold/donated to a third party, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
• Any additional items must be covered by yourself.
• The Event Organiser (s) reserve the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.
• All ticket holders must abide by provider's terms of entry.
• To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition page.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
• Entries close at 9am on Wednesday 22 October.
• The winner will be selected and contacted on Wednesday 22 October
• The winners will be notified directly via the email address supplied.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
• Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and competition partners Pennywell Farm, Home Park Stadium and Crowne Plaza Plymouth.
• We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners

Crowne Plaza

• Offer cannot be used with any other offer, offer valid for 3 months, booking subject to availability, bedroom offered in competition is a family room, cannot be used Dec 23 - Jan 1. 

Pennywell Farm

• Tickets are valid for one visit for up to 4 people on a date of your choice before tickets expire at 4pm on 2 November 2025.
• Winner will need to contact info@pennywellfarm.co.uk to arrange their prize. Tickets include the farm and Pumpkin Festival between 9am and 4pm.

Home Park Stadium

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+ years.
• Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.
• The prize is 2x tickets for Spooky Stadium at Home Park on 30 or 31 October 2025.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
• Winners will be notified via email
• If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
• Lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• Any technical failures or issues with Facebook or Instagram.
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
• This competition is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
