Terms and conditions for the win an October Prize to Plymouth.

1.There will be one (1) winner, with a prize consisting of a One (1) Night Stay at Moxy Plymouth, and a £50 voucher at Everyman Plymouth

2. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other product, or for any other monetary equivalent.

3. The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party. Should the Event Organiser find that tickets have been sold/donated to a third party, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

4. Any additional items must be covered by yourself.

5. The Event Organiser (s) reserve the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.

6. All ticket holders must abide by provider's terms of entry.

7. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition page.

8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

9. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.

10. Entries close at 9am on Monday 29 September.

11. The winner will be selected and contacted on Monday 29 September.

12. The winners will be notified directly via the email address supplied.

13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.

15. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and competition partners Everyman and Moxy Plymouth

16. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.

17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.

18. The Everyman Cinema prize is a £50 voucher to cover two cinema tickets and refreshments. The voucher will be sent to you to organise.
