Win a Seafest Bundle Terms and Conditions

1. There will be one (1) winner, with a prize consisting of a, family Calstock Cruise for two adults and up to three children courtesy of Plymouth Boat Trips, a limited edition framed thresher shark etching from Debby Mason and a Dilisk Rituals bundle including one seaweed bath soak and one Dilisk and black pepper bread mix. 

2. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other product, or for any other monetary equivalent.

3. The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party. Should the Event Organiser find that tickets have been sold/donated to a third party, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

4. Any additional items must be covered by yourself.

5. The Event Organiser (s) reserve the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.

6. All ticket holders must abide by provider's terms of entry.

7. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition page.

8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

9. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.

10. Entries close at 12pm on Wednesday 9 September.

11. The winner will be selected and contacted on Wednesday 9 September.

12. The winners will be notified directly via the email address supplied.

13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.

15. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth.

16. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.

17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.

18. Plymouth Boat Trips prize can be downloaded online, Dilisk and the Debby Mason artwork must be collected from the Debby Mason stall on The Barbican. 

Plymouth Boat Trips

• Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months and cannot be extended past the 1-year expiry date.
• Vouchers can only be purchased and used against our Public Cruises & Fishing Trips but are excluded from all Ferry Services.
• All trips are subject to weather, minimum passenger numbers and therefore may be subject to change at short notice.
• Although our vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, please be aware: Our longer cruises only operate during the Summer Season (from April to October). 
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded by the recipient.  Thus, no change or shortfall in the price of a trip can be returned.  

Dilisk Rituals

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
