Win a feed the turtle experience T&Cs

Terms and Conditions:

• There will be one (1) winner, with a prize consisting of a Feed The Turtle Experience for 4 People.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product, or for any monetary equivalent
• The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party
• Any additional items must be covered by yourself.
• The Event Organiser (s) reserve the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.
• To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition page.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
• Entries close at 12pm on Thursday 12 February.
• The winner(s) will be selected and contacted on 12 February.
• The winner (s) will be notified directly via the email address supplied.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 12pm on Friday 13 February we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
• Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth
• We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
• By entering this competition, you agree to the terms and conditions.
• The Experience runs from 12:30pm to 1.15pm
• Experience times are strictly adhered to.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will not be permitted to join the experience. 
• Minimum age to take part in this tour is 8 years old. No babies or toddlers in pushchairs or being carried will be permitted on the tour. 
• We do not offer refunds on this experience.
• Available for up to four participants only. 
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 or over.
• The accompanying 18+ will need to purchase a ticket if the are supervising any under 16s.
• Aquarium staff are not responsible for children during the tour. 
• Please note, this Experience includes access to our Food Preparation area which will have a strong odour. A strong stomach is advised! 
• You will entering areas that are used for the preparation of seafood, it is advised that those with seafood allergies seek medical advice before taking part in the Experience 
• If animal or visitor safety is at risk, we reserve the right to stop the Experience at any point without refund.  
• Due to the nature of husbandry work, there may be incidents that may arise beyond our control, leading us to cancel your experience at short notice. We suggest that you check your messages and e-mail before visiting just in case. If this were to happen, you would be offered a refund or an opportunity to re-schedule. 
• Refunds are not available but the Experience can be moved to a later date with 24 hours notice. Please note, the Experience can only be re-arranged once. 
• For your safety, close toe shoes must be worn.
