Car Parking
During lockdown from 5 January 2021, 1 hour free parking will be available in the City Market, Guildhall and Marks and Spencer’s Rear Court Yard to support people coming into town to pick up essential shopping or for click and collect services.
There is plenty of parking available in Plymouth. Whether it's in the car parks or street parking, both will require a small fee in the city.
There are over 50 car parks and more than 5,200 parking spaces in Plymouth. 19 of these car parks are situated in and around the city centre, varying from short term and long term stays. There are spaces in each car park for disabled badge holders. Standard charges apply.

- Courtenay Street (Blue Badge holders only)
- Derrys Cross
- Elphinstone
- Exchange Street
- Guildhall
- Mayflower House Court
- Mayflower Street East
- Mayflower Street West
- Meavy Way
- Plymouth City Market
- Regent Street
- St Andrews Street/Whimple Street
- Strand Street
- Theatre Royal
- Western Approach
- Woolworths East
- Woolworths West (Blue Badge holders only)
If you want to drive to the waterfront, car parks are a little more limited with more street parking along the Hoe front.
