Discounts on offer to Plymouth’s military community

A new guide has been created to showcase the great military discounts offered by businesses in Plymouth.
A proud military city with a rich heritage, Plymouth is the home of thousands of serving personnel, veterans, cadets and their families.
With the largest naval base in Western Europe, the Royal Citadel and Stonehouse Barracks, members of the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Marines all live and work in the city.
The Armed Forces Discount Guide, created by Destination Plymouth in partnership with Plymouth City Council and the Armed Forces Covenant, highlights the amazing offers open to members of the military, veterans and their families (correct ID required).
The guide includes details of offers from restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, attractions and shops all across Plymouth, with discounts of up to 25%.
It will be available online, while hard copies will be distributed to Devonport Naval Base and shared with visiting military personnel.
