Plymouth Tourist Information Centre wins Gold in Devon Tourism Awards 2025

Plymouth businesses are celebrating after being recognised at this year’s Devon Tourism Awards, sponsored by MiHi Digital, which honour the very best of Devon’s visitor economy.

The Plymouth Tourist Information Centre and Mayflower Museum took Gold in the Visitor Information Service of the Year category, recognising the team’s exceptional welcome, local knowledge and support for visitors in the heart of the Barbican.​

Plymouth was also highlighted in the International Tourism Award, with Tinside Lido commended for its unique waterfront setting and appeal to visitors from across the UK and overseas.

The awards are headline sponsored by MiHi Digital, a South West web design and digital marketing agency with a strong track record of helping tourism businesses increase visitors, conversions and bookings.
