Plymouth Boat Fest to return in 2026
11th December 2025

The organisers of the South West’s major boat show have announced that Plymouth Boat Fest will return in 2026 following a hugely successful debut in June 2025.
The first-ever event welcomed more than 50 exhibiting companies and 30 vessels spanning marine technology, leisure, services, conservation and more. The 2026 show will take place on Saturday 20 June 2026 at Plymouth Yacht Haven, promising an even bigger celebration of the region’s vibrant maritime community.
Announcing the 2026 event, organisers Yacht Havens Group shared plans to expand the show’s programme:
“This year was a great starting point for Plymouth Boat Fest,” said event organiser Steve Cox from Plymouth Yacht Haven. “It became a showcase for the Westcountry’s broad maritime sector with companies looking to not only showcase their vessels, products and services, but engage the local community for future skills and employment. Next year’s show will build on these foundations as well as increased ticket capacity and, by popular demand, expanding the on-water demonstration schedule.”
Visitors in 2026 can look forward to an expanded Marine Technology Zone, highlighting Plymouth’s fast-growing reputation in the marine autonomy sector. Supported by Turnchapel Wharf, the home of UK maritime autonomy, the zone will include live demonstrations of remotely operated and autonomous vessels, plus interactive on-water showcases.
The on-water display area is also set to grow, with more pontoon space inviting additional vessels to take part. 2025’s line-up included Princess Motor Yacht Sales, The Island Trust’s 96ft tallship, Plymouth RNLI lifeboat, Wolf Rock Boat Company, and Cattewater Harbour Commissioners’ vessels among many others.
To reflect the event’s continued growth, organisers have launched a new dedicated website for Plymouth Boat Fest, bringing together exhibitor details, visitor information, ticketing and the latest updates.
Tickets will go on sale in early 2026, so mark your calendar for the Westcountry’s biggest maritime celebration. Exhibitors can register now at www.plymouthboatfest.com.
