Trio of artists announced to play at Plymouth Arena

Paul Heaton, The Lightning Seeds and Fisherman's Friends are coming to Plymouth Arena. 

Heaton has announced a huge October/November UK tour including a show at Plymouth Arena on Tuesday 3 November. Paul will be performing songs from throughout his career including classic tracks by The Beautiful South and The Housemartins. Special guests on all dates will be Lightning Seeds.

Heaton is one of the UK’s most successful songwriters, with five No 1 albums and some 15 million album sales under his belt. He first came to prominence in the early 80s as front man of The Housemartins (the same group that gave us Norman ‘Fatboy Slim’ Cook).

Fisherman's Friends are also coming to Plymouth Arena as part of their 2027 UK tour. 
Fresh from their sold-out 2026 UK dates and a hugely successful tour in Australia earlier this year, Fisherman’s Friends will be performing in Plymouth on Sunday 28 Novembe r2027. 

For a group whose remarkable story has inspired two hit feature films and a successful touring stage musical, the new dates mark yet another chapter in an extraordinary journey that began with friends singing on the harbour in Port Isaac to raise money for local causes.

The 36-date tour will see Fisherman’s Friends perform across the UK from February through to November 2027, returning to theatres and concert halls nationwide with the humour, camaraderie and stirring harmonies that have made them one of Britain’s best-loved live acts.
