About us

This exhibition was designed and curated by First Year BA (Hons) Photography students studying at Plymouth College of Art. It is part of a module that explores different aspects of working in the industry. Following a set brief called "Economy", students set out to create images that captured what the economy meant to them. Within the exhibition, you will find work that encompasses a wide range of subject matter, as students were encouraged to be creative and think outside the box. The photographic prints you will see are both analogue and digital, as students use both traditional and contemporary practices within their studies. As you walk through the exhibition, perhaps think what the economy means to you and whether any of the images here relate to your thoughts
