Life Drawing: Movement & the Body

About us

Join us for a life drawing session that explores the body in motion, in the company of Charlie, a multi-modal artist and researcher who primarily focuses on acting, theatre-making, live art, movement and stage combat.
This guided session will explore drawing the body from a still to moving form, considering how line might express movement, fast and slow. With an emphasis on experimentation we will begin the session looking at others artists whose work explores, in different ways, the body in motion.
Charcoal stick (20p each) and A1 paper (50p each) available in the class. Please feel free to bring your own materails to use during the session.
Recommended for all levels of ability.
