Safety Information at British Firework Championships

Water safety exclusion zone
Please familiarise yourself with the water safety exclusion zone 2026. This area must be kept clear between 9pm and 10.40pm to provide access for emergency vessels. A notice to mariners will be issued in advance of the event by The Plymouth Kings Harbour Master.

General Water Safety Advice

No fly zone
A no fly zone is in place with The Civil Aviation Authority between 2pm and 11pm on each day beginning with 12 August 2026 and ending on 13 August 2026.
Between 14:00 and 23:00 on 12th and 13th August 2026 no unmanned aircraft is to fly below 1200 FT AMSL within the area bounded by:
