Sponsors & Partners for British Firework Championships
Thank you to all sponsors and parters of British Firework Championships 2026 to help make the event possible.
Associated British Ports
Continuing its support for a third year, Associated British Ports (ABP) is sponsoring the British Firework Championships in Plymouth. As the UK’s largest port operator, ABP owns and operates Millbay Docks, a key hub for Brittany Ferries that contributes more than £93m to the UK economy and handles around 80,000 tonnes of cargo each year.
Recent £23m upgrades to the Millbay Ferry Terminal, funded by ABP, Brittany Ferries and the Plymouth and South Devon Freeport seed capital programme, will help secure the terminal’s long-term future, strengthen freight operations, improve sustainability and support Plymouth’s growing cruise market. Improvements include a new passenger boarding bridge, a strengthened West Wharf, a modernised terminal building, and enhanced freight and cruise infrastructure.
ABP, Plymouth City Council and Brittany Ferries have also pledged to work together to support the growth of Millbay Docks and progress towards Net Zero. A committed member of the local business community, ABP regularly supports a wide range of events, charities and initiatives across Plymouth.
