Watch the live mural painting
A spectacular new outdoor mural will be one of the highlights of this year’s West End Carnival, bringing an extra burst of colour and creativity to the annual celebration on Saturday 29 August.
Created by acclaimed South West artist Spray Saint — also known as Jordan Lauder — the nature-inspired artwork will transform the grey wall of a vacant building at the entrance to the Colin Campbell Court car park on Market Avenue.
Known for his striking murals across Plymouth city centre, Spray Saint has helped build the city’s growing reputation as a destination for vibrant street art. Visitors will be able to see the artist putting the final touches on the piece live during the carnival, making it a must-see moment on the day.
This event is brought to you by Plymouth City Centre Company and sponsored by Plymouth Citybus and Plymouth Community Homes.
