Get involved with the West End Carnival
Would your community group like to get involved in Plymouth City Centre West End Carnival Parade on Saturday 24th August 2024?
Groups will be required to have 5 or more members with a coordinator/leader responsible for their participants. Each group will have the chance to learn the parade movement and design and create their own parade props too!
