Lady Emmas Cottage

About us

For over 45 years we have been the independent holiday cottage specialists. Established in 1977, Classic Cottages is the UK’s largest independent holiday letting specialist, marketing a portfolio of high-quality properties across the UK, all of which are exclusive to Classic Cottages and will not be found on other sites. Still owned by the founding family, we pride ourselves on our local expertise in Plymouth and the surrounding area and we personally inspect all our properties to ensure they are exactly right for your holiday.

Take the family on a quintessential seaside holiday to the charming villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, or perhaps stay in a romantic bolthole for two in Torpoint and cross the river to spend some time in the cosmopolitan city of Plymouth with chic bars and great shopping. Take in the sights on the historic “Hoe” and enjoy soaking up the views over Plymouth Sound to Drake’s Island.

We cater for all types of break. Your four-legged friends are very welcome in our pet friendly properties and our baby friendly cottages come with all those extra things to make your holiday that little bit easier.

Wherever you choose to stay, we have the perfect holiday home waiting for you, so take a look at our website to see our fabulous collection.

Classic Cottages has been awarded the status of Which? Recommended Provider for UK Holiday Cottages 5 years running, commended for excellent customer service, accuracy of cottage descriptions, website quality and reasonable prices.
