As we come to the end of the Easter holidays, there’s still plenty for the whole family to enjoy in and around Britain’s Ocean City. Here’s our top five suggestions of things to try this weekend.


Take a walk on the wild side

Head to Dartmoor Zoo for a fun day out and meet the huge collection of animals that live there, from wolves and tigers to meerkats and monkeys. The zoo has also recently welcomed the addition of three new exotic bird species to the aviary. Plus there’s a fun Easter Egg trail to follow until Sunday 24 April.

If you’re feeling energetic, head on down to Super Tramp Plymouth this weekend and enjoy a fun day out, whatever the weather. There’s more than 50 trampolines to bounce on!

Plymouth is easily accessible by train with a wide range of services running from a variety of locations within England. Although some services may require a change or two.

Travelling from London takes around 3 hours with Great Western Railway, if you're coming from the north, the trip from Manchester can take 5 hours 15 minutes.
