Friday night headline acts announced for Discovery Festival

Discovery Festival has today unveiled a huge Friday night line up coming to Plymouth, bringing some of the UK’s most iconic boy bands to Central Park for an unforgettable summer celebration.

Taking place on Friday 12 June the iconic line-up features chart-topping legends Five, following their triumphant comeback tour, performing with very special guests Blue and The Wanted 2.0

With a career spanning over 25 years, pop sensations Five are known for energetic feel-good hits including Keep On Movin’, Everybody Get Up and If Ya Gettin’ Down.

Following their much-anticipated comeback tour, they are set to deliver a sing-along stacked performance with all the crowd‑pleasing classics and choreography fans love.

Now, with their seventh studio album Reflections, hitting number 2 in the UK album chart, Lee Ryan, Antony Costa, Duncan James, and Simon Webbe celebrate a quarter-century of brotherhood, growth and hit-making magic as they bring the celebrations to Plymouth this summer.

Opening the Friday night will be The Wanted 2.0. Reigniting the chart-topping magic that made them one of the UK’s most loved pop acts. Featuring Max George and Siva Kaneswaran, this new chapter celebrates their legacy with a high-energy live show packed with global hits like Glad You Came and All Time Low, delivering pure pop nostalgia with a fresh edge making it an opener to Discovery Festival you don’t want to miss.
