About us

The run-up to the festive season isn't just for families - our four-legged friends can now share the excitement of Christmas with a series of amazing days out for you and your pooch!

Sunday Nov 3rd is the second 'Big Doggy Day Out Christmas Festival' at Tavistock Pannier Market & Butchers Hall.

In a first for the UK, A Doggy Day Out event specialists have organised three fantastic days where you can combine ticking off all those must have gifts on your Christmas shopping list with a whole host of activities for your dog and you to enjoy.

Whether it's that must-have collar and lead, the most comfortable bed ever or the very latest in entertaining toys, there will be a huge range of stalls selling everything from accessories to food at each event. But to keep your dog happy, there will be all sorts of doggy Christmas games for him or her to enjoy including snowball run & advent adventure,a special doggy café run by Forthglade where you can both enjoy refreshments and a fun dog show, raising precious funds for animal charities.

There will even be a Santa Paws Christmas Grotto, where you can book a slot with the big man himself in advance and take home a picture of him and your pooch.
