Looking for some fun activities to enjoy with your family this February Half-Term in Plymouth? There are plenty of options to suit all ages and interests, from exploring the city’s rich heritage and culture to discovering the wonders of the natural world. Here are some of the highlights you won’t want to miss:

Visit The Box, Plymouth’s major museum, art gallery and archive, and experience a range of exciting and immersive exhibitions, talks and tours, and family fun events. Don’t miss the chance to see the stunning multi-screen film ‘Arcadia’ by John Akomfrah, or Beyond the Page: the fascinating collection of South Asian miniature paintings.

There's plenty of animal fun to be had, you can celebrate FebruROARY at Dartmoor Zoo or join Bing and Flop at Paignton Zoo and follow their fun activity trail to learn about the animals and help the zookeepers complete their checklist. 

Explore the National Marine Aquarium, the UK’s largest aquarium, and marvel at the amazing marine life from around the world. You can also join the Quiet at the Aquarium or the Sleeping with Sharks event and spend the night at the aquarium, with access to behind-the-scenes areas and a guided tour by an expert.

Discover the history of Dartmoor Prison, which reopens on 10 February, one of the oldest and most famous prisons in the UK, and visit the Dartmoor Prison Museum, where you can see artefacts, documents and memorabilia from over 200 years of prison life.
