About us
Sit back and enjoy a guided tasting of wines hosted by Sacha the export manager of the Kaesler & Warramate vineyards from Australia, whilst learning a little more about the history, production methods and beliefs.The Kaesler family were pioneers who settled in the Barossa Valley and planted their vineyard in 1983. Today, Kaesler wines are made from these ancient, dry grown vineyards by the third owners of this magnificent property. Fruit is hand picked and hand pruned with irrigation kept to a minimum. Crop thinning is done in most years to reduce yields and maximise flavour, with blocks kept separate until final blending. The result, bold & intense estate wines which really represent the Barossa Valley.
Warramate is a small, independently owned vineyard in Victoria's Yarra Valley. It was established in 1970 on a spectacular north-facing slope overlooking the central Yarra Valley. With plantings of Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay it produces wines of distinction, depth and intensity from its hand-tended and non-irrigated vines.
