Best Dressed Pirate Competition

Take a picture of yourselves at Plymouth Pirates Weekend wearing your best dress pirate costume to be in with a chance of winning gift voucher prizes!

Categories include Best Dressed Adult and Best Dressed Child. The winner of the Best Dressed Adult can get their hands on a £50 Love Plymouth Gift Card while a £20 voucher at Smyths toy shop is the prize in the child's category.

How to enter

To enter, upload your photos using the form below showing off your best costume during Plymouth Pirates Weekend on 9 & 10 May.

The deadline for entering is 12pm on Monday 11 May. 

The winner will be contacted by email on Tuesday 12 May 2026. Participants are advised to keep an eye on their inbox (and junk folder) throughout the day to see if they’re a winner!

Terms and Conditions

1. There will be one winner who will redeem the prize. 

2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner. 

3. Prize is subject to availability. 

4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry. 

9. Entries close at 12pm on Tuesday 11 May. 

10. Winners will be selected and contacted on Tuesday 12 May.

11. The winners will be notified direct via the email address supplied. 

12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included. 

14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. 

15. Entry must be from Plymouth Pirate Weekend 2026.

16. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
