About us
Morvala Festival of Arts is a bold new celebration of music, culture, and connection — an unforgettable four-day gathering set in the heart of one of Cornwall's most breathtaking coastal landscapes. Nestled within the historic Mt Edgcumbe Estate, with sweeping views across the sea, Morvala aims to become a landmark event on the UK's cultural calendar.
Curated for music lovers of all ages, Morvala will offer a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere where world-class creativity meets grassroots spirit. The festival will feature five live stages showcasing an exciting mix of international headline acts, emerging talent, and beloved local artists, alongside a dynamic programme of pop-up performances, workshops, wellness activities, theatre, comedy, literature, and spoken word.
More than just a music festival, Morvala aims to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Cornwall itself. The event will embrace and elevate Cornish folklore, history, and the Cornish language, with dedicated spaces for storytelling, traditional music, local crafts, and immersive cultural experiences.
