About us

Surfboard Workshop
Come and join us in Plymouth, Devon, for a four day course where we will guide you through building your very own wooden surfboard.

Each workshop will be for up to three people. We will take you step by step through the processes required to create your surfboard.

No previous experience of shaping a surfboard is required, as you will be assisted by one of our experts from start to finish.

You will be given the choice of deck skin finishes and fin set up.

The price includes your choice of board, fin boxes, skins and glass finish and of course 4 days of expert tuition.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Prepare the Frame and Rocker Table. Assemble Stringer and Rails.

Day 2 - Join Stringer, Ribs and Rails. Prepare deck skins.

Day 3 - Fin Layout. Glue deck skins. Place Fin blocks

Day 4 - Shaping, sanding and prepping for Eco-fibre glassing.
