About us
Spend an inspiring summer evening celebrating exceptional local food, award-winning wine and the natural world.Begin the evening with a fascinating talk from the Ocean Conservation Trust, exploring how we can all play a part in protecting our oceans and coastlines.
This sets the scene for an exclusive guided tasting of Sea Change Wine– the award-winning wine brand that supports marine conservation through every bottle sold and champions sustainable production. Sir David Attenborough has praised the urgent need to protect our oceans, and Sea Change shares that commitment by helping to fund conservation projects around the world while reducing unnecessary packaging and environmental impact.
Alongside the wine, discover the outstanding flavours of Sharpham Dairy, one of Devon's most celebrated artisan cheesemakers. Handcrafted just a short distance away in South Devon, Sharpham's award-winning cheeses are rooted in a philosophy of caring for the land, supporting local farming and producing exceptional food responsibly.
Their environmental values, commitment to local sourcing and B Corp certification make them a perfect partner for an evening inspired by sustainability and place. Both tastings will be led by specialists from Sea Change Wine and Sharpham Dairy, who will share the stories behind their products, the craft involved in creating them, and how sustainability sits at the heart of everything they do.
As you enjoy the tastings, you'll also take part in a relaxed creative activity and immersive projection mapping experience, adding another layer to this unique evening.
The experience culminates with the breathtaking 360° immersive screening of Our Story with David Attenborough, where one of the world's greatest storytellers takes audiences on an extraordinary journey through the history of our planet and humanity's place within it. Beautifully combining science, storytelling and spectacular visuals, the film is both inspiring and hopeful, inviting us to consider how the choices we make today can help shape a better future.
Whether you're a food and wine lover, a David Attenborough fan, or simply looking for a memorable evening out, this unique event offers the perfect blend of flavour, discovery and inspiration.Spaces are limited – book early to secure your place.Date: Friday, 7th AugustTime: 6.30pm (Bar open from 5.30pm)Ticket: £55 (plus booking fee) including wine, cheese and film screening
