About us

Kevos presents Battleship Potemkin (Sergei Eistenstein 1925) - sponsored by Carn to Cove.
Battleship Potemkin is widely considered one of the most important films of all time, with powerful use of montage and imagery building to the legendary Odessa steps sequence. Kevos will play a live soundtrack to Eisenstein's masterpiece of silent cinema. Kevos is a group of Cornwall musicians, dedicated to performing music by living composers. For this performance they'll play a powerful, punchy score by Ed Hughes combining live instruments and electronics. Starts 2000 with running time 80 minutes. Times align to Tamar Valley Train service from Plymouth.
