About us

We all drink water! Come along to hear about farming, water management & its heritage on Dartmoor, then share ideas over tea & cake

Join Art and Energy and our partners for the chance to hear from farmers, peatland managers and water specialists as they share their knowledge about our reliance on a healthy water cycle.

There will be time for conversations and reflections on how we can all contribute and learn from each other for a better watery world.

11am for refreshments and networking
11.30am - 1pm for short talks and discussions

Speaker include:

Bex Blades, Farmer - Trowlesworthy Warren, Dartmoor.
Andy Crabb, Archaeologist, Dartmoor National Park.
Helen Bruce, Communications Officer, Dartmoor National Park.
Liza Oxford, Building Resilience in Communities (BRIC), Plymouth City Council
John Hunt, Senior Farm Advisor, Westcountry Rivers Trust

This event is aimed at rural and urban communities, farming families, land & water managers, all those interested in the natural and cultural heritage of water use from Dartmoor to the city of Plymouth.
