About us

Join us for our adaption of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet by Stiltskin Theatre Company running during National Shakespeare week.

Chop and Block, two endearing Elizabethan fools are entertaining the Kings Players when a brawl ensues and the players are unable to perform for the King. The show must go on, and so it does, as Chop and Block endeavour to re-create the nation's favourite tragic romance of the star crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet, with a supporting cast of potatoes, frying pans and many more delights from the lovable rogues' kitchen.

Stiltskin's adaptation of Romeo and Juliet is an ideal introduction to Shakespeare for kids of all ages.

Recommended for children 6 yrs+ and families.
