Alive at Argyle Festival
A first-ever electronic dance music festival is coming to Plymouth Argyle's Home Park Stadium to kick off the weekend!
Limited tickets remain for Alive at Argyle which will bring live DJ sets from Becky Hill, Ben Nicky, Patrick Topping and more set to appear on Saturday 25 May from midday until 11pm.
Indulge in a Bottomless Brunch
Head to one of Plymouth's interactive games bars for a bottomless brunch across the weekend. Accompany your darts, bowling or virtual reality clay-pigeon shooting, with a bottomless brunch on the sun trap terrace at Spinners Plymouth!
Bookings are available for up to 12 people at the popular venue, with drinks choices including draught beer/cider, bubbles and their signature spinners brunch cocktails!
Green Man Weekend is back for another year!
Returning for its 9th year at Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, the Green Man Weekend is always a popular get-together across the water!
The free family-friendly festival takes place on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May and there is plenty to look forward to, including food and craft stalls, bouncy castles, a beer tent, and the ever-tasty hog roast!
You can visit Mount Edgcumbe via car, bus or the Cremyll ferry which runs a regular service from near the Royal William Yard in Plymouth.
Dine out for an al fresco meal!
What better way to soak up the sun and the amazing views of Plymouth than a delicious meal outdoors?
Plymouth is home to a vast variety of restaurants with al fresco dining facilities. Whether you're by the hustle and bustle of The Barbican, the sumptuous views of Sutton Harbour, the historic and iconic Plymouth Hoe or even the gorgeous Royal William Yard, there are plenty of places to dine in the sunshine this weekend!

Popular swimming pools re-open
This weekend sees the long-awaited return of two of Plymouth's outdoor pools. Both Tinside Lido and Mount Wise Swimming Pools re-open on Saturday 25 May for the summer season.
Tinside is one of Plymouth's treasures with its fantastic location right on the waterfront below Smeaton's Tower. Swim in the saltwater pool or chill out on the sun deck in what is considered one of Europe's top ten outdoor pools.
Pre-booking is advised via the Plymouth Active website.
Keen swimmers can also take a plunge at Mount Wise Swimming Pools which open on the same day. Here there are three pools which vary in size and depth, making it the perfect family destination overlooking the River Tamar to Cornwall. Furthermore, the pools are free to visit!
Final Chance to see Exhibitions at the Box
Two exhibitions are heading into their final week at The Box, Plymouth's award-winning museum. Both John Akomfrah: Arcadia and Yinka Shonibare: End of Empire are fascinating exhibitions at the museum but come to an end on Sunday 2 June! The museum and all its exhibitions are free to attend making it a great day out if you're on a budget.

Relive Festival comes to Plymouth
The second newcomer festival to Home Park stadium takes place on Sunday 26 May! Relive at Argyle will see global dance icon, Radio 1 legend, Funk & Soul, noughties pop-stars and a Pussycat Doll among the acts set to perform at the family-friendly event.
Ticket holders can expect full throttle stage production, bouncy castles, fairground attractions, magicians, face painting, a silent disco, a food village in what is set to be an unmissable festival at the football ground!
