If you’ve not already, a visit to The Beryl Cook: Pride and Joy Exhibition at The Box is a must! The collection features over 80 pieces of her work and has been a real hit amongst Plymothians. If you’re still in the spirit for more Beryl Cook fun there are activities including comedy tours and painting workshops as well as the Beryl Cook sculpture trail!

You can round off your break with a wild day out at Dartmoor Zoo, where big cats, meerkats and more await in the Devon countryside. Check out the full range of things to do in Plymouth.

Enjoy Easter trails and events

Round off your adventure at Saltram, where the springtime trail leads you through blossom-filled gardens, woodland paths and playful activity stations. From egg hunts and themed trails to craft workshops and Easter-themed fun, there’s something to keep all ages entertained.

Explore the city

Soak up the best of Britain’s Ocean City with some seriously scenic spots to explore. Stroll around Royal William Yard, where grand historic buildings meet waterfront restaurants and arty indie businesses. The Yard will host its first outdoor Good Food and Craft Market of the year on Sunday 5 April where an array of traders sell locally made crafts and tasty dishes!

Wander up to Plymouth Hoe for epic sea views and grab an ice cream next to Smeaton’s Tower which will have just re-opened for the season, if you dare to ascend the iconic lighthouse! Lose yourself in the charm of the historic Barbican, with its cobbled streets, harbourside bars and stories from Plymouth’s maritime past around every corner.
