This 1975 bus, lovingly restored and affectionately nicknamed Edith Mary in tribute to Fletcher’s grandmother, promises to deliver an exceptional street food experience with a unique twist.

A Long-Awaited Return to Plymouth
After an adventurous 13-hour journey back to Plymouth from Norfolk, ‘The Clippy‘ has returned to its new home. This journey, made by Martin Andrews, marked the start of a painstaking restoration process. The bus has been meticulously sanded and repainted, bringing back its original 1975 yellow and burgundy colour scheme. Its stunning exterior is a true throwback to its heyday, making it an instant local icon.

Inside, the transformation is even more remarkable. ‘The Clippy' has been retrofitted with a state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with all the modern equipment necessary for a top-quality street food operation.
