About us

Professor James Dyke of the Exeter Climate Centre is coming to Plymouth to talk to us in this interactive event, on the occasion of COP28, organised in collaboration with Plymouth Global, where we will have to opportunity to explore what COPs on climate change actually do!

Prof Dyke will critically examine the role of the COP meetings in galvanising international action on the climate crisis.
Three local panellists will then respond to his points.
After a short break for (free!) refreshments, we will reconvene for a Question and Answer session and public discussion with the audience.
This should be a fascinating and informative session with a climate expert who is engaging and accessible.

This event is free, but places are limited, and booking is highly recommended.
