Make this Christmas truly special and let us take care of everything. Gather your family and friends for a festive celebration filled with delicious food, sparkling drinks, and plenty of Christmas cheer.
A Feast to Remember
On arrival, enjoy a chilled glass of sparkling wine and a tempting selection of canapés before sitting down to a traditional Christmas feast.
Start with dishes such as honey roasted vegetable soup, duck and orange pâté with onion chutney and sourdough, or a festive bruschetta with tomatoes, red pepper, cranberries, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
For the main event, tuck into a classic roast turkey with pigs in blankets, stuffing balls, herb roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables – honey roasted parsnips, thyme roasted carrots, and Brussels sprouts. Prefer something different? Choose a Moroccan-style pilaf roast with vegan gravy, or pan-fried salmon fillet with creamed leeks and buttered new potatoes.
Save room for dessert with indulgent choices like Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, chocolate praline and profiterole log with toffee sauce, or a refreshing Eton mess slice with raspberry coulis. To finish, enjoy freshly brewed tea or coffee with a mince pie – the perfect end to your festive meal.
Party the Night Away
After dinner, our resident DJ will get you on your feet with party anthems and Christmas classics. With table novelties, crackers, and plenty of festive fun, it's the perfect way to celebrate the season.
